National Credit Adjusters (NCA) proudly supported several impactful community organizations during the close of 2024, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities where its employees live and work. Through participation in two high-profile events—the TECH Gala and the Boys & Girls Club of Hutchinson’s “Youth of the Year” banquet—as well as a series of local holiday initiatives across its locations, NCA made meaningful contributions to causes focused on youth development, education, and community support.
Empowering Youth Through TECH
In November 2024, National Credit Adjusters served as a Silver Sponsor for the TECH Gala, an annual event benefiting TECH, Inc., an organization that empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Proceeds from the event support TECH’s programming and services that promote independence, personal growth, and inclusion for individuals of all ages. The Gala reflects NCA’s belief in the importance of creating opportunities for those who face unique challenges and providing support systems that foster long-term success.
Building a Better Future with the Boys & Girls Club
Just a few weeks later, on December 5, we attended the “Youth of the Year” banquet hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Hutchinson. This event celebrated the outstanding achievements of young people in our community while raising funds for a project that will benefit generations to come: the renovation of the playground at Shadduck Park.
The City of Hutchinson has committed $75,000 to this playground upgrade and challenged the Club to match the funds. We are thrilled to share that, thanks to the generosity of those who attended the banquet, we are almost there—raising an incredible $71,000 toward the goal. This collaborative effort will result in a state-of-the-art playground designed with safety and inclusivity in mind, providing middle and high school students with a space to play, learn, and grow.
Supporting the Boys & Girls Club is about more than financial contributions; it’s about investing in the future of our community. These kids are our future leaders, innovators, and stewards. Seeing their excitement at the banquet was a reminder of why we do what we do.
Making a Difference Across Our Offices
Beyond these major sponsorships, NCA teams across multiple locations contributed to additional charitable efforts during the 2024 holiday season.
In Hutchinson, employees donated $1,000 worth of school supplies to Allen STEM Magnet School, fulfilling teacher wish lists to provide classroom books, incentive charts, whiteboard markers, games, pens, dodgeballs, rewards, and more. This initiative helped ensure educators had the tools they needed to support student success throughout the school year.
The Hutchinson site also contributed $1,000 in gifts to First Call for Help’s Teen Christmas program, which provides holiday presents to teenagers in Reno County. Donations included sports equipment, cologne and perfume sets, fishing gear, blankets, jackets, socks, sleeping bags, and board games—offering comfort and joy to local teens during the holiday season.
Meanwhile, NCA’s Chandler, Arizona team partnered with AZCEND, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families in the Chandler community. The team adopted a local single-parent family and donated food—including a holiday ham—and gifts for the family’s two young daughters. Employees came together to wrap the presents and prepare the delivery, bringing holiday cheer to a family in need.
